Job Description

This position offers an opportunity to provide vital behavioral support to students ranging from kindergarten through 12th grade, addressing a spectrum of mild to severe behavioral needs. You will collaborate with educators and therapists to implement individualized intervention plans that promote positive behaviors and enhance students learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver one-on-one behavior therapy and support following established protocols.
• Collect and record data on student progress and behavioral changes.
• Work closely with educators and clinical staff to adapt intervention strategies.
• Support functional behavior assessments and contribute to behavior intervention plans.
• Maintain professional communication with school personnel and families.

Qualifications:

• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required.
• Bachelors degree in a related field such as psychology, education, or applied behavior analysis.
• Experience working within a school setting preferred.
• Ability to manage a range of behavioral challenges with patience and skill.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Location:

• Boise, Idaho, within a K-12 school environment.
