About the Role:

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair a wide range of household appliances, including refrigerators, washers, and dryers.
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections to ensure optimal appliance performance.
• Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly with clients about repairs and maintenance.
• Document all service calls and repairs accurately in our tracking system.
• Stay updated on the latest appliance technologies and repair techniques.
• Collaborate with team members to improve service efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring tools and equipment are in good condition.
• Adhere to safety protocols and company policies at all times.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an appliance repair technician or similar role.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems related to appliances.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Customer-focused attitude with strong communication skills.
• Certification in appliance repair or relevant technical training preferred.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
