Must be a licensed PT, OT, SLP, PTA or OTA!

Successful Candidates:

Current license to practice in CO as a Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, Speech Language Pathologist, Physical Therapist Assistant or Occupational Therapy Assistant - required

3 years' direct patient care experience and 1 year management experience preferred

Rate:

Physical Therapist Assistant or Occupational Therapy Assistant - $70,000-$80,000/year

Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist or Speech Language Pathologist - $108,000/year

* $5,000 Sign on bonus paid: $1,000 paid after 90 days, $2,000 paid after 6 months & $2,000 paid after 12 months - bonus for full-time employees only
