Zusman Hospice is dedicated to providing exceptional care and support to our community. We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Hospice Clinical Manager to join our team and lead our hospice care services.

*Position Overview:*

The Hospice Clinical Manager will oversee the clinical operations of our hospice program, ensuring the highest standards of care are maintained. This role requires a Registered Nurse (RN) license and involves managing a team of healthcare professionals, coordinating patient care, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

*Key Responsibilities:*

- Supervise and support hospice clinical staff, including RNs, LPNs, and CNAs.

- Coordinate patient care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.

- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.

- Monitor and improve the quality of hospice services provided.

- Provide clinical guidance and education to staff.

- Manage patient and family concerns, ensuring compassionate and effective communication.

- Oversee the documentation and record-keeping processes.

- Participate in the development and implementation of hospice policies and procedures.

*Qualifications:*

- Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.

- Minimum of 3-5 years of nursing experience, with at least 2 years in hospice or palliative care.

- Strong leadership and management skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

- Knowledge of hospice regulations and best practices.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
