Overview:

Conduct outbound calling to prospective clients to introduce products and services.

Utilize effective communication techniques to convey product benefits and features.

Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and sales leads in the CRM system.

Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for improving outreach efforts.

Follow up with potential customers to nurture relationships and encourage conversions.

Skills and Experience:

Proven experience in inside sales or telemarketing is required.

Excellent verbal communication skills in English, with a persuasive tone. Speaking Spanish is a plus.

Experience in outbound calling and familiarity with telemarketing practices.

A results-driven mindset with a passion for achieving sales goals.
