Our client, a leading player in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to join their team. As a Maintenance Technician II, you will be part of the maintenance department supporting the operational efficiency of the facility. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a collaborative mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Maintenance Technician II

Location: Auburndale, FL

Pay Range: $25.00 per hour

Shift: 3rd / Night

What's the Job?

• Perform a variety of maintenance tasks including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC repairs.
• Assist in repairs and preventative maintenance to HVAC and industrial refrigeration systems.
• Utilize the SAP system to prepare work repairs and maintain accurate records.
• Conduct general maintenance tasks such as painting, drywall patching, and ceiling tile replacement.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.

What's Needed?

• 3-5 years of experience in maintenance roles.
• Strong electrical skills, including the ability to work on 480, 277, and 220 volt systems.
• Proficiency in plumbing tasks such as running drain lines and replacing faucet packings.
• HVAC knowledge, including the ability to replace belts and monitor building temperatures.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs and work in various temperature environments.
