As a Production Pattern Maker , you will be responsible for creating, modifying, and finalizing accurate production-ready garment patterns. You will collaborate closely with design, technical design, and production teams to ensure fit, construction, and quality standards are met for bulk manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and digitize production patterns for a variety of garment types (e.g., knits, wovens, outerwear, activewear, etc.).
• Interpret design sketches and tech packs to develop initial patterns and ensure accurate fit and construction.
• Make pattern adjustments based on fit sessions, feedback, and production requirements.
• Ensure patterns align with grading, markers, and sewing techniques.
• Collaborate with technical design, sample makers, and sewing teams throughout pre-production and production.
• Maintain pattern libraries and digital files using pattern-making software (e.g., Gerber, Optitex, Lectra, Tukatech).
• Work within tight timelines to meet production deadlines.
• Apply knowledge of garment construction, fabric behavior, and industry standards to ensure quality outcomes.

Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in production pattern making in the apparel industry.
• Proficient in at least one industry-standard CAD pattern software (Gerber, Tukatech, Optitex, Lectra, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of garment construction, grading, and fit.
• Ability to read and interpret technical specifications and design sketches.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with design and production teams.
• Experience with a variety of fabric types and apparel categories is a plus.
