You’ll collaborate with some of L2’s largest and most strategic partners to deliver a best-in-class experience — from initial product ideas to finished goods on the shelf (or screen). What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Own the relationship. Be the go-to for select enterprise accounts — supporting them with product presentations, assortment strategy, order management, and all-around partnership excellence.

  • Lead with insight. Use sales data, market trends, and POS reports to guide customers to winning assortments and smarter decisions.

  • Bridge the gap. Be the connector between our external partners and internal teams (art, production, marketing, merchandising, ops, and more).

  • Keep things moving. Manage timelines, lead internal planning meetings, and ensure smooth execution of everything from inventory planning to marketing campaigns.

  • Bring the ideas. Use customer feedback and market research to guide new initiatives that improve sales, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

  • Lead the LSAT crew. Share best practices, mentor junior team members, and help build a high-performing, fun, and collaborative team culture.

What You Bring to the Table:
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field

  • 5+ years of corporate experience (apparel or manufacturing industry = major bonus points)

  • Experience with CRM and Business Intelligence tools like Power BI

  • A natural communicator, highly organized, and deeply collaborative

  • A get-it-done attitude with strong critical thinking and problem-solving chops

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment — flexibility is key!

Bonus Points If You…
  • Have experience with EDI and Drop Ship programs

  • Are a PowerPoint wizard with a keen eye for presentation

  • Understand product development, inventory management, and fulfillment cycles

  • Bring creativity and curiosity to everything you do
