Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in psychology, education, social work, or a related field; Masters degree preferred
• Certification or specialized training in behavior analysis or behavioral interventions
• Experience working with students with diverse behavioral needs

• Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, parents, and support staff
• Knowledge of crisis intervention techniques

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) for students
• Conduct assessments to identify student needs and monitor progress
• Provide training and support to teachers and staff on behavioral strategies
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to promote positive behavior supports
• Facilitate workshops and information sessions for parents regarding behavioral issues
• Respond to crisis situations with appropriate interventions and support
