Employment Opportunity – Document Control Specialist Manager

Our Las Vegas–based real estate design and development firm is dedicated to the stewardship of land and the creation of infrastructure that lasts for generations. We are seeking a Document Control Specialist Manager to join our outstanding team of design and development partners.

About the Role

The Document Control Specialist Manager will oversee the organization, accessibility, and quality control of project documentation across multiple disciplines. This role is central to maintaining efficiency, accuracy, and clear communication between our firm and our network of consultants, agencies, and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage, track, and organize project files using Smartsheet and Egnyte platforms.
• Maintain document naming conventions, version control, and secure sharing protocols.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, surveyors, architects, and entitlement specialists to ensure timely receipt and distribution of deliverables.
• Support the creation and management of project schedules, workflows, and document libraries.
• Ensure compliance with internal standards and external regulatory requirements.

Ideal Candidate

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work seamlessly with internal teams and external partners.
• Advanced knowledge of Smartsheet and Egnyte systems, including automation, permission settings, and best practices.
• Familiarity with the names, purposes, and interrelationships of key Entitlement, Surveying, Engineering, and Architectural deliverables.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced development environment.
