Last month I was in Mexico City, where I finally got to eat my first real taco. Hundreds of taquerias can be found all over the city, often specializing in a particular ingredient or flavor, sometimes for as little as 50 cents each. This Taco de Puerco stall can be found at Eje Central Lázaro Cárdenas 42 and was one of the most incredible and memorable I’ve ever eaten. The stall is in front of Churreria El Moro where you can also find the best churros in the city 24 hours a day.
